Location

There is an untamed wilderness on Florida's Emerald Coast. A land preserved for more than 100 years, untouched and unspoiled. A sanctuary for the soul tucked in a secluded corner of Panama City Beach. This is Sanctuary Beach, a gated beachfront community on the sugar-white shores of St. Andrews Bay. A place of calm surrounded with genuine old Florida and extraordinary views of the protected Shell Island, just close enough to the hustle and bustle of Panama City Beach, great golf, shopping and entertainment.

Andrews Bay

Just off Sanctuary Beach, and only minutes to the St. Andrews Pass, jetties, and Gulf of Mexico, lies St. Andrews Bay, a playground for both the nature that thrives there and the residents that are privileged enough to make a home there. There you can find bottlenose dolphin and manta ray gliding among sea grass and sugar-white sand.

In the depths of this renowned State Aquatic Preserve, fishermen will find some of Northwest Florida's finest catches of trout, redfish, pompano and mackerel. Deep-sea fishing beyond St. Andrews Bay produces near-shore varieties such as grouper, snapper, and scamp along with offshore varieties like record billfish, marlin, tuna and Wahoo.

Shell Island:

Across the bay waters from Sanctuary Beach, Shell Island rests among windswept dunes and sea oats, an uninhabited barrier island that is only accessible by boat. Residents of Sanctuary Beach will have this view from their front doors for generations to come.
